Opportunities for reliable food sources, education and play areas will prevent the foraging, spread of disease and risk of injury.

The mother of this child has 12 other children to care for in an economy where she is unemployed and unemployable because of illiteracy.The mother is critical for the family. She needs comprehensive women's health services unavailable under the current health system. Her life expectancy is 46 years, she is 39 years old.
